Privacy Policy

We collect information you provide directly and data we gather automatically.

  • Email addresses when you subscribe to our newsletter or create an account.
  • Anonymous analytics data (page views, click patterns) via Plausible / Google Analytics.
  • Affiliate click data (hashed IP, user agent, referring page) for commission tracking.
  • We do NOT collect payment information, passwords, or sensitive personal data.

Email addresses are used to send newsletters and product updates you opted into. Analytics data improves our content quality. Click data tracks affiliate commissions we earn. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

We use minimal cookies: a session cookie (sid) to track affiliate link clicks for commission purposes, and optional analytics cookies from Google Analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect affiliate click tracking but not browsing.

We work with the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

  • Supabase — database hosting
  • Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery
  • SendGrid — transactional email delivery
  • Google Analytics — website analytics (optional)
  • Affiliate network tracking pixels — commission attribution

Every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email us directly at hello@techstackmart.com to be removed. We process requests within 24 hours.

Email subscriber data is kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymous click data is retained for 90 days then purged. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings (default 14 months).

If you are in the EU or UK you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, export your data, and object to processing. Contact us at hello@techstackmart.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.

TechStackMart is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact hello@techstackmart.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
